Obituary for Tyler Lewis Lindsey

Tyler Lewis Lindsey, 31 was born on September 18, 1992 in Kansas City Missouri to the parents of Mekelia Williams and Brent Lindsey. He is preceded in transition by his siblings Anthony Convert and Karissa Warren. Tyler received Christ in his life at an early age where he attended Swope Parkway Church of Christ. Tyler graduated high school from Lincoln College Preparatory Academy, class of 2012. He was a scholar in the Kauffman Scholarship Program, which lead him to have a full ride at UMKC University. From there he attended barbering school at Old Town Barber School. During the younger years of his career Tyler*s first employment was with City Hall (Kansas City), as he became older he was employed at companies like Niagara Water Bottling Company, Harley-Davidson Company, Yeng Fang Automotive, and his last position was a forklift operator at Propak Packaging. Besides working various jobs Tyler had an entrepreneur spirit with ambitions to own his own company. He was skilled in technology, lved cooking, and completed several graphic design projects for private clients. Tyler was someone who held an infectious smile with energy that would light up any room. He loved his family more than anything in the world. He was a protector, loyal to those closest to him. He was the type of person who showed pure love to kids to where they called him *Teddy* as in (Teddy Bear). Tyler had such a big heart he gave love and received loved back, he also loved attending family and friend gatherings. Tyler was a very dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan, in his younger years he too played football with the team called Huskey*s through Pop Warren youth football association. In his spare time he loved collecting Jordan and Nike tennis shoes, and spending time with his nephew.
