Obituary for Sandra K. Warren

Sister Sandra Kay Warren 63, born Sandra Kay Stephens, passed away on January 30, 2019 surrounded by her family and friends. She was born to John and Jean Stephens (who preceded her in deh) on May 28, 1955 in Kansas City, MO, where she grew up. She was the third child of seven. Her oldest brother, John Henry Stephens, also precedes her in deh. Sandra, more affectionely known as Sandy, gradued from Paseo High School in 1973. She was a dediced employee for the ste of Missouri children*s division since 1994 until her retirement in 2017. She was a dediced member of Memorial Church Internional, where she served as secretary of the usher board, which she cherished deeply. Sandy was also a master cook in the kitchen. She will forever be known for her infamous German Chocole cake and her Mac N Cheese. And her kids will miss her black-eyed peas and fried chicken th she would prepare every New Year*s Day. And yes, even her vegan daughter e her fried chicken on New Years! Sandy loved to travel, loved to cook, but most importantly she loved her family. She was a loving grandmother to Trillion, Marques, Markell, Symia, and Montana (affectionely known as Marco by his gre aunt Niece). Her grandkids were her pride and joy. She also looked forward to the Wheeler-White reunions every year. She never missed a single one. She took on the task of ordering the reunion T-shirts every year. Sandy loved family get-togethers: any chance to spend time with her family was important to her. And whenever she got together with her siblings, the laughs never stopped. She leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters, Shonta* Rosborough and Sharita Daniels; her sons in law, Derrick Rosborough and Stephono Daniels; her grandchildren, Trillion, Marques, Markell, Symia and Montana; her husband, Troy Warren; her son from another mother, Kevin Dameron; her sister, Denise Stephens; her brothers, James T. Stephens (Janie), Jeffrey R. Stephens, Jerome Stephens, and Joey R. Stephens (Candace); her loving aunt and mriarch of the family, Elvira Collins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relives and friends.
