Ruby Mae Johnson Rucker

Ruby Mae Johnson Rucker 73 received her wings peacefully on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 Research Belton Medical Center in Belton MO with her children and siblings by her side. She is preceded by in memory by her mother Ida Mae Flemming and step fher Robert Flemming, fher O*Gene, son David Rucker, one brother Samuel Johnson and husband Perry Rucker whom she married in 1964 and was blessed with six children. Ruby Mae was the fourth and last child born on August 16, 1944 to the union of O*Gene Johnson and Ida Mae (Edge) Johnson in Turrell, Arkansas. The Johnson family reloced to Kansas City, MO where Ruby Mae received her educion in the Kansas City MO School District tending D. A. Holmes Elementary and Central Middle and High School. She resided in Clinton, Missouri for over thirty five years, where she tended Apostolic Pentecostal Church under the pastore of Elder Jim Eon Ruby Mae spent her working years as a restaurant owner cook and care giver for many years. Ruby Mae loved cooking for her family, friends and everyone they brought over. Cooking was her passion and everyone was welcome into her home, she loved and welcomed everyone. She was very close to all of her family members and enjoyed every chance given to have family gherings. Ruby Mae Rucker transitions from labor to reward leaving to cherish her memory her very loving significant other Edward McLaughlin of thirty five years from Clinton, MO, six children, Terry Rucker-Woodard (Alvin) of Clinton, Missouri, Perry Rucker Jr., of Clinton, Missouri, Charlotte Rucker (Roderick Wers) of Kansas City, Missouri, LeVance Rucker (Connie) of Clinton, Missouri, Don Rucker of Lee*s Summit, Missouri, Donesha Robinson (Koreyon) of Belton, Missouri, one Brother O*Gene Johnson of Perry, Kansas, one Sister Leola Cooper of Belton, Missouri. Two Sister-in-Laws Pam and Sheila Rucker of Warrensburg, MO and one brother *in-law Dale Rucker of Kansas City, Missouri. Seventeen Grandchildren, twenty-eight Gre-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews along many near and dear friends across Kansas City and Clinton Missouri.
