Ronald Ray Porchia

Ronald Ray Porchia 57, passed away on August 2, 2019 was born February 13, 1962 in Omaha Nebraska to the le JD and Psy Porchia. He was preceded in deh by his mernal and pernal grandparents, Step-mother Vernisteen Porchia; one step-daughter; Christin Turner, three brothers; Nigel M. Colbert, Kenneth W. Porchia, Lorenzo McCoy, and two nephews; Kyle Porchia and Jauwan McCoy. He was raised in the church and accepted Christ an early age. On November 7, 1998 he married Jamesetta Franklin and to this union one child was born, Deron Porchia. He also he gained a step-daughter, Ashley Rouser, ‘Kenny’. Ray had three children from a prior marriage, Alysha and Stephon Porchia; and step-daughter Christin Turner. Ray had big heart he had a gre love for family. He loved cracking jokes and his laughter was infectious. He was an awesome cook and he loved preparing meals for his family. He often talked about how much the motorcycle gang loved his fried chicken. He was a “Jack of all Trades” there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t tempt to fix. Ray will truly be missed by his family and loved ones. He will live in our hearts forever. He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife Jamesetta, sons; Stephon and Deron, daughters; Alysha and Ashley, grandchildren; Harlin, Chasity, Anijah, and Kenneth, Jr. He also leaves to cherish his memory sisters; Veronica McCoy of Winder, GA, Sheila Hogan of Portland, ME, Tonia White of Lawrenceville, GA; sisters-in-law Laura Talley and Tamara Jackson ‘Manuel’ of Kansas City, MO and Thank you.
