Roland Jeffery Carter Sr. was born on February 08, 1968 , to Johnny Carter Sr. and Olean Collins-Carter In Kansas City, KS. “Jeffery” as he was known, lived his life in Kansas City, MO, he was a gradue of Paseo High School. He went on to work various jobs throughout the city, and also had his own business for 25 yrs. Jeffery was an outspoken, outgoing, loving, caring, loyal, and dependable person. He especially loved talking to anyone about The Most High. He was a wonderful husband for 30 years to Tina, fher to four children, grandfher, uncle, cousin, neighbor, and friend to just about anyone he would met. Jeffery enjoyed fishing, listening to music, playing domino’s, family gherings, wching wrestling, and a Clint Eastwood movie called “Any Which Way You Can”, he also had to two games th he liked to play Red Dead Redemption, and a fishing game during times he couldn’t go fishing. He is preceded in deh by both parents, and a granddaughter O’Nanesty Blunt. He leaves behind to cherish memories: his wife Kina Carter; four children; Chanel Carter(Ronnell), Roland Carter Jr., Joshua Carter Sr.(Heavenly), Janel Carter, 10 grandchildren; Qiyandra Blunt, Takeymia Carter, Taraji Carter, Elijah Carter, Ma’leah Williams, Taahira Carter, Julionna Carter, Joshua Carter Jr., Na’Liyah Carter, Nehemiah Carter; A special gre niece big baby buffalo; and a host of brothers, sisters, close family, and friends. “You know who you are and wh you meant to him, there is just too many to name.
