Rhonda Regina Pannell

Rhonda Regina Pannell 57 passed away peacefully early in the morning of on May 12, 2016 was born February 21, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri to Mary Ann Hooker and Donald Eugene Pannell, whom both preceded her in deh along with one brother Marlon Hooker. Raised in the Kansas City, Missouri area, she received her primary educion among the Kansas City public school system graduing from Lincoln High School. After th she pursued her secondary educion Central Missouri Ste University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree and became a social worker. She was loving, funny, and passione about her family. She did not miss any holidays and birthdays, always came bearing gifts. Rhonda Regina Hooker-Pannell leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter Alisah Martin (Kendra); two sons Michael Reed and Chris Pannell. She also leaves behind two brothers Donald Hooker and Tyrone Hooker; sister-in-law (Fimah) Berice Hooker; three grandchildren Nevaeh Reed, Arica Martin, and Kendall Martin, Jr.; along with a host of other family members and friends.
