Porter Edwin Saxton

Porter Edwin Saxton 56 was born December 24, 1959 to parents Porter Eugene Saxton of Kansas City, Kansas and Gwendolyn (Lewis) Saxton of Kansas City, Missouri. On Wednesday, August 10, 2016, Porter Edwin Saxton died from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident. Both of them preceded him in deh. Porter tended Southeast High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He utilized his CDL/commercial driver’s license for employment, first with Kansas City Parks and Recreion, working for Kansas City Area Transit Authority Metro Bus Services and various companies. Porter worked for a short period of time the United Sted Postal Service. He never had a problem finding employment, always landing on his feet. Porter Edwin loved music, listening to various types (some of which family never heard and were unfamiliar with. He was also a big, big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, donning caps, t-shirts, socks, and other paraphernalia for each game. Porter Edwin never married or fhered any children, spending as much time as he could to enjoy his family. some point along his life journey he found Jesus Christ and would tend church with his sister Abuena when in the area. He leaves to mourn his passing: two sister, Abuena King (husband: Ron) and Donna Bell (husband: Ron); three brothers, Eric Saxton and Rodney Saxton of Kansas City Metropolitan Area and Dale Johnson of St. Louis, Missouri. He also leaves a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
