Neshall Shanta Halliburton

Neshall Shanta Halliburton, beloved mother to 2 children, Davien 13, and Dallas 3, of Shawnee, KS passed away on March 06, 2025, leaving a void her family cannot fill.

She was born in Kansas City, Kansas, 1987 to Edith Halliburton and Marzay Tatum. Neshall was the second oldest of triplets. Neshall Halliburton attended Blue Valley High School before getting her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Kansas and going to work for KVC.

Neshall Halliburton was a devoted mother to Davien and Dallas, her pride and joy. She always said their birth improved her life, and they felt that in the love and support she provided.

Neshall took special joy in shopping and traveling with her children, and had fond memories of her children’s first steps, first words, as well as growth.

Neshall was a talented soul who took education and growth seriously. She spent her entire career helping others. She was kindhearted, understanding, and trustworthy. She enjoyed writing poetry, freestyling over rap beats, fashion, and make-up.

Neshall is survived by Edith Halliburton, Jonathan Collier, Willie Wiles (stepfather), Reshall Halliburton, Jaeshall Collier, Shaniqua Wiles, Champale Wiles, Teesha Morgan, Shelby Allen, Marshay Tatum, Marchele Tatum, Moriah Tatum, Davien Hancock, Dallas Halliburton and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

 Neshall will always be remembered as a giving, loving individual who always found a way to be there for all her family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held saturday March 29, 2025 at the Elite Funeral Chapel 11525 Blue Ridge Blvd., Kansas City, MO. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 AM, with funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment : Xii Gates Memorial Gardens.
