Obituary for Ms. Oceanlean Ebe

Oceanlean Ebe was born April 1, 1944 to the union of Ocean and Dorothy Clanton in Farmhaven, MS. Preceding her in deh are her parental grandparents William and Lou Ella Clanton, one son William Carruthers, parents Ocean and Dorothy Clanton and her oldest sister Ella Mae Clanton. Oceanlean tended grade school in the Farmhaven, MS. School district and she gradued high school from the Velma Jackson High School in Camden, MS. in 1961 along with her oldest sister and brothers. She accepted Christ an early age and remained faithful until her health failed her. Ms. Ebe worked for many years the McCarty Nursing home. She then worked for Trinity Luther Hospital until it was sold to HCA she then went to work for Research Physical Center until her retirement in 2009. She leaves to cherish her memories: son; Tony Carruthers (Cherrie) of KCMO, two granddaughters; Te’Air Carruthers (Pooh) and Kelita Thurman, one gre grandchild; Kaci Marie Allen of KCMO, three sisters; Wardean Mitchem (Jim), Susie Clanton and Dorothy Clanton of KCMO, three brothers; Stanford Clanton of Jackson, MS., David Clanton of KCMO and Clarence Clanton (Kellie) of Crete, Ill. and a host of other relives and friends
