Mrs. Wileher Lewis

Mrs. Wileher Lewis was born September 9, 1925 to the union of John Criswell and Arritha Riddle in Holy Springs, Arkansas. She gradued from Menifee High in Menifee, Arkansas she then married Edward Clinkscale in 1945 they had four children Joyce Clinkscale, Brenda Coleman, Edward Parnell Clinkscale and Dwayne Clinkscale. The family left Arkansas in 1950 and moved to Omaha Nebraska after 23 years of marriage this union ended she ler married Robert Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a member of Salem Baptist Church under Rev. Dr. Selwyn Bachus she was an active member of the community, Vice President of Franklin Credit Union, Eastern Star, Urban League of Nebraska and served on the Nional Council of Negro Women. Preceding her in deh is her mother and fher John and Arritha Criswell of Holy Springs, Arkansas, husband Robert Lewis of Omaha Nebraska, 2 children; Brenda Coleman of Chandler, Arizona Parnell Clinkscale of Kansas City, MO., 8 siblings; Louchia Owens , Edward Criswell, Virgie Dunbar, Tim’s Joe Criswell, Mittie Austin Riley, Evelyn Allen, Opal Mildred Cain and Roger Criswell. She leaves to cherish loving memories: daughter; Joyce Clinkscale, son; Dwayne Clinkscale both of Grandview, MO, 4 grandchildren; Deronda Clinkscale of Kansas City, MO., Kevin Sullivan, Victor Williams, Shalanda Johnson all of Omaha Nebraska, 1 gre grandchild; Alexandria DeBren Sullivan and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends
