Obituary for Mr. Randall L. Johnson

Randall Lavern Johnson “Randy” was born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 31, 1957, to LaVanche R. Johnson and Lewis A. Johnson. He was the second of six children. His was preceded in deh by parents, LaVanche and Lewis Johnson. His sisters LeAndrea K. Johnson and LaNetta G. Johnson, both preceded him in deh. Randy was baptized as a child Marlborough Baptist Church where he began his walk with Christ and his love for the Lord. Randy tended Center Senior High School and gradued in 1975. Randy tended University of Missouri – Columbia as a Communicions major. He was a member of the Mizzou Cheer Team where he was a “Yell Leader”. Randy worked in Hospitality Management. He was employed by Kansas City Internional Airport as a Food and Beverage Director. Randy was known for his hearty laugh, big smile, and love for life. He was a World traveler and enjoyed fine dining with his friends. Randy was a prominent role model to his nephews, nieces, gre nephews and gre nieces who looked upon him as more of a fher figure than an uncle. His was affectionely called “Uncle Randy” by his extended family. Randall leaves to cherish his memory, sister LaVenia P. Brown (John) of Las Vegas, NV; brother Craig L. Johnson of Springfield, MO; sister LaVonna R. Johnson of the City; his nephews Gavin Johnson, Norzel Ross Jr and Andre Johnson; nieces Sherri Gilliland, Rae Yes, Jamila Smith and Samone’ Johnson; gre-nephews Darnell Johnson, Antwan Johnson, Devin Gilliland, Corneous Smith, Cortez Smith, Norzel D Ross and Bentley Johnson; gre-nieces Sherria Gilliland, Jasmyne Smith, Mariah Smith, Breannda Moss and Sha’Reion Johnson; He also leaves to cherish his memory gre-gre nephews, gre-gre nieces, and a host of cousins, extended family and friends. We are all blessed and thankful to have had Randall Lavern Johnson “Randy” as such a significant part of our lives and pray th his spirit will always be with us with the unconditional love he has shown; as he smiles down from his mansion in the sky; where he will spend all eternity in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ who is worthy to be praised.
