Mr. Odell Young

Mr. Odell Young, was born February 28, 1951 to Otis and Varrie Harris-Young in Prescott, Arkansas. He received his primary educion from McRae School district in Prescott. After graduion he served in the Army Nional Guard. Odell enjoyed cars and horses. He made the most of living, he cared for and raised race horses for prive owners and horse racing tracks especially in Kentucky. He was a Kentucky resident for over fifteen years. He is joining in heaven his parents Otis and Varrie Young, sister Darlene Smith-Green- James, brother Darnell Young, neice Linda Jean Smith-Snowden, nephews El Jerome Green and Clyde David Elmore. Odell leaves to cherish his memory his children Unarita Young and Carlos Welch both of Prescott, AR., Chandra Marshall of Little Rock, AR., Megan Young of Shakopee, MN., and Chermeca Hopson of Dallas, TX.; brother Benny Ray Young of Fredericksburg, VA.; sisters Lois Jean Elmore of Irving, TX., Nannie Mae Williams, Htie Marie Young and Annette Young all of Kansas City, MO.; aunt Mae Thelma Block of Prescott, AR., four grandchildren, a host of nephews, neices and many friends.
