Obituary for Mr. Mr. Herman Combs

Mr. Herman Combs was born on February 1, 1930 to the union of Rosie Lee Basey and Frank Combs in String Town, Oklahoma. He was proceded in deh by both parents Rosie Lee Basey, Frank Combs and one brother Willie Combs. Herman tended the Kansas City Missouri School District were ler went on to gradue. He ler joined the Army after High School during his time in the military he was part of the 31st Infantry Division also recipient of two bronze stars, UN Service Medal and Korean Service Medal. Herman was married to Mary and to this union they had on child Herman Combs Jr.. When he got out of the Army he then went on to be employed by the TWA Airlines were he worked for 25 years until he retired in 1995. He was a member of the 700 Club also played cards and Dominoes, loved danicing, Mercedes Benz, he also had a beautiful smile, wonderful sense of humor th made everyone laugh. He leaves to cherish his memories: daughter Bonnie Calvert (Buddy), Brenda Sykes, Faye Alford (Willie), Rose Scott (Randy), brothers Michael Williams (Gia Marie), Robert Darks (Sabrina), Herman Combs Jr. (Bernita), Jerry Tibbs and a host of grandchildren, gre-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
