Mr. Mikel Woods

Mikel Woods (aka Mike) was born October 18, 1954 to Paul Woods and Eulla Griffin-Woods in Marvel, Arkansas. The family moved to Kansas City while he young. He tended Lincoln High School as well as Marvel High School, Mikel accepted Christ an early age. “Mike”, worked Wal-Mart in the shipping department for ten years. He enjoyed the Lord, accepted Christ a very young age. He enjoyed wching football, his favorite sport was basketball, loved playing cards and dominoes but most especially being with his family. Mikel, is proceeded in transition his wife Joyce Woods, mother Eula Griffin, brothers Oliver Griffin, Darnell Griffin, nephews Larry Henderson Anthony Burch, Charles Griffin. He leaves to cherish his memory siblings; Margaret Henderson, Lonia Pickens, Rev. Ronald Black, Rev. Donald Black, Glenda Samuels, Regina Barnes; special friend Emma Hill and a host of nephews, nieces, relives and friends.
