Mr. Little John Bush

Little John Bush, 66, was born June 22, 1953 to the union of Lucious and Corrine Bush in Kansas City, Kansas. Little John Bush gradued from the Kansas City School District and went on to receive his Bachelor’s Degree in History. Although he taught high school for a short amount of time, he found his career with the Social Security Administrion where he was employed for 37 years before retiring. John’s hobbies included bowling, going to the dog track and the casino. He also enjoyed playing Back Gamming with his cousin Marvin for hours. John was an avid sports fan and loved wching his grandkids play sports, as well as tending graduions, recitals and all family-oriented events. In 1990, John met his life and long-term companion Shirley Hooks, who he remained committed to until his deh. Little John Bush departed this life on Wednesday February 12, 2020. He was preceded in deh by both parents Lucious and Corrine Bush and one brother Byron Bush. John leaves to cherish his memories, long term companion and friend Shirley Hooks of Lee’s Summit Missouri, siblings; Jacquelyn Jefferson of Pittsburgh, California; Lucious Bush Jr; Rebecca Moore; James Bush (Jimmy Joe) all of Kansas City, Missouri, seven grandkids; Steven Jr, De’ontae, Shane, Briana, Khayden, Kenndi and Kenley, a special cousin; Marvin Delph of Conway, Arkansas; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, gre nieces and nephews, gre-gre nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
