Mr. Henry Lee Giles

Henry Lee “Duck” Giles was born December 3rd, 1943 in Sparkman Arkansas to the le James “Buddy” and Ollie Vester Giles. He departed this life February 3rd, 2022. He’s preceded in deh by three brothers, Ed Giles, James Giles, Sonnie Giles and one sister Charlene Kelly. He tended Sparkman Training School in Sparkman, Arkansas. He dediced his life to Christ a young age Harmony Baptist Church under Rev. Floyd O. Jones. He moved to Kansas City, MO in 1963 where he tended Canaan Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the le Rev R.B. Poe. He married Geraldine Lewis on August 12th, 1971 and to this union three children were born, Anthony Lewis, Arnandas Giles and V’ester “Bean” Giles. Duck was a devoted fher and mentor to his children Stanley, Gina, Rick, Shaban and Traci. He started work Wilson Me Pack Company but found his passion career in over the road truck driving for MidWest Terminal in the le 1970’s before retiring to the farm in Kingsville, MO. He and his beloved wife Geri envisioned building their very own log cabin and th dream came to fruition in 2012. He leaves to cherish his memories; Devoted Wife Geraldine Giles, Brother Robert Turrentine ( Mtie), Sister Barbara Harrison, Sister Clara Mabon, Sister Jackie Winrow (Eddie). Children; Stanley Giles (Tina), Gina Giles-Scott (Frank), Rick Giles, Tony (Tammy), Shaban Scott Sr. Ardy Giles (Amber), Vester Giles (Karlton) and a host of grandkids, gre grandkids, friends and family.
