Mr. Bernard Harold Kaufman

Mr. Bernard Harold Kaufman 91 years of age transitioned Thursday, October 14, 2021. He was born in Kansas City, MO to Ben and Mary Kaufman on October 3, 1930. He was preceded in deh by both parents, brother Lou Kaufman and sister Helen Rogogenski. He tended DA Holmes Elementary School, Southwest High School where he gradued and then tended Columbia University College for two years left and joined the US Army Services where he received a Honorable Discharge and then joined the family business “Ben Super Market”. He was very active in the Black Community and always was there for the needs of many in the community. He closed the store in the le 90’s and proceeded to join the work force with Alenco where he was always receiving Star Awards etc. for his represention of the company. He was joined with his present family for 50 years a family he dearly loved and was dearly loved by them. His relionship with his adopted sons, daughters, many grandchildren, many gre grandchildren, nieces and nephews were truly a joy to him in everyday life. He was joined in marriage to Rosetta his Rose with a relionship lasting for 50 years, He will be missed grely by his loving wife, children, many many grandchildren and gre grandchildren forever.
