Michael Eugene Howard

Michael Eugene Howard was born November 30, 1988 in Kansas City, Missouri to Christopher Lovelace and Michelle Marie Howard. He peacefully departed this life on July 15, 2025. Michael is proceeded in transition by his brother LouAndis Howard and his maternal grandmother Mrs. Joyce Rukwaro, whom he deeply cherished. Our family is saddened by his sudden passing. He was affectionately known as a shinning light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, laughter and music Michael had a beautiful gift for singing and an undeniable passion for music, with one of his life's highlights being the moment he met his favorite singer Brandy. He was also an avid traveler, so much so that his family jokes, no matter where he went, Michael always found his way arouund. Even if it wasn't the way he was supposed to go. Michael had a sense of adventure that was matched by his sense of humor. Michael had a love for his favorite TV shows, from the nostalgic Power Rangers to gripping crime docudramas like The First 48. His infectious smile, booming laughter and warm presence made him unforgettable. His love for family ran deep especially for his grandmother Ms. Joyce Rukwaro, whose passing was forever felt within his heart. Michael leaves to cherish his memory his parents mother Michelle M. Howard(Robert); father Christopher Lovelace(Patricia); brothers Julian Hernandez, Steven McAfee Jr., Donte Sweets, Robert Graham, Luca Lovelace, Ray Phillips,-Lovelace, Anthony Downing and special brother Herley Murphy; sisters Adriana Lovelace, Haley Lovelace and Shamokeia Lovelace; aunts Rose Trent, Shawn Howard, Darirda Lovelace; uncle Lamont Lovelace; special cousins Charles "JR" Cliff and Tyandra Turner; best friend Erica Williams; godchildren Javiar and Sareek, a host of family and many friends. Michael's legacy will be remembered in every laugh shared, every song sung and every life he touched. His light may have left this world, but it will forever shine in the hearts of those who loved him.
