Margaret Ann Paige

Margaret Ann Paige was born on December 12, 1944, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Henry and Bessie Stephenson. She shared her childhood with siblings, Henry Stephenson, Doris Stephenson, Darrell Stephenson and Betty Stephenson. She was united in marriage to Herman Paige Sr. (deceased) and the two sons moved to Kansas City, MO in 1964. Margaret remained married to Herman Sr. for over 50 years and to this union six children where born: Kevin Paige, Paula Resto (deceased), Herman Paige Jr., LaJuana Paige, Alonzo Paige and Maceo Paige (deceased). Margaret earned her certificion as a nursing assistant in 1965 and worked in numerous medical facilities in Kansas City, from 1965-2000 where she retired from nursing. Margaret accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and ensured she spread the good news to all who would listen. She loved people, helping people, spending time with family and friends, cooking, wching comedies and traveling. She had a wonderful smile; so beautiful, it brightened any room she walked in and captived all audiences. After living a full life, Margaret was called to Heaven on 30 January 2018 her residence in Kansas City. She is survived by her children, Kevin Paige, Herman Paige Jr., LaJuana Paige, Alonzo Paige, several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, gre grandchildren; all whom brought joy to her life throughout the years.
