Kristen Michelle (Lenzy) Payne

Kristen Michelle (Lenzy) Payne was born on January 24, 1979 to Ronny and Brenda Lenzy in Kansas City, Kansas. She passed away on December 8, 2017 in the home in Junction City, Kansas. Kristen grew up in Kansas City, MO. She was an angel and loved giving from the heart. She enjoyed dancing and singing and could often be caught dancing in the mirror or taking selfies. Kristen accepted Christ as her personal Savior a young age and joined Westminster Baptist Church where she served on the usher board. She was a faithful member until she moved in 2002. Kristen tended Saint Monica*s Elementary School and tend Hickman Mills High school from which she gradued in 1997. In June of 1998, she completed The Women*s Employment Network. After networking she was able to work as a Certified Nurse*s Assistant. However, Kristen had a passion for educing young children and acquired her Child Development Associes in 2006. She worked as a Teacher for Fort Riley Kansas, which was her dream job. In February 2002, she married the love of her life, Sidney Payne. They had two children, Dequan and Zala. Kristen loved her children and taught them the value of family and love. She was preceded in deh by her mother, Brenda Lenzy. Kristen is survived by: Her husband Sidney Payne, children, Dequan J. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
