Kevin Michael Forman

Kevin Michael Forman was born in Kansas City Missouri on December 29, 1990 to Denise Forman and George Carter. Kevin tended the nearby Kansas City public schools as well as Van Horn. He gradued from East High School with honors. He was very active during his tendance as a student throughout his years. He was gifted and talented in every area. He also tended Western Missouri University in St. Joseph Missouri. Kevin was an inspirion to many while yet changing the lives of those around him. He was inspiring in many ways. He loved to play PS4 2K18 and various others video games. Kevin loved his family and was a hard working positive and productive individual. He was a positive mentor and loved to play basketball, football and other sport. The sky was the limit for him. Kevin work history included foundion repair Kevin AKA Big Baby Rosae. To know Kevin was to love him. He had one of the biggest hearts any individual could ever have. His dream was to make a difference to his immedie and extended family. Kevin was preceded in deh by his grandparents Ruth Louis Laster and Leo Kent, his brother Donald Dono, Jr. Cherish memories will be shared by many loved ones including: His parents Denise Forman, Gene Howard Jr.; grandmother Elizabeth Howard; Grandfher James Haynes of N. J.; children Kobee Mar Forman and Kenzzlee Mi’Kel; his significant other and love of his life Gabrelle Queen; his other mother Petra Reed of KCMO; his brothers Joseph, Dante, Leo, Genie, Danell, Jeremy, Vondale, Levy and Tre’Vontae; Sisters include Desiree Forman of Houston TX, Shamika Forman Sanchez of Kansas City MO, Shalinda Howard of Kansas City MO, Ruth Forman, and Tanesha Howard of Kansas City, MO. He also leaves to mourn His other mother Shawnette Wright and god-mother Kinko Williams; his godmother Brenda Lynch King. Uncles and aunts included are Raymond Howard Sr. Alfie Boston, Jerry Riley, Larry Shelton, Pricia Rivers, Debra Rosalind, Barbara Howard, Monica, Mona, Marsha Bitiste; along with a host of others cousins other family members and friends who he was so adored by.
