Obituary for Karen Denis Winters

Ms. Karen Denis McConnell-Winters 42, passed away on July 20, 2015 was born January 18, 1973 in Kansas City MO to Henry Mosby and Martha Nell Winters. She was preceded in deh by her mother Martha Nell Winters, grandparents John and Roise Winters; six aunts Shirley Johnson, Mable Lee Winters, Ruth Ann Winters, Odessa Winters, Betty Jean Higgins; three uncles Willie B. Price, John O. Winters, SR. and Earnest Lee Winters Karen became a member of Starlight Baptist Church an early age then ler moved her membership to Rock of Ages Baptist Church. Karen also had three special friends in her life; Felicia, Shawn, and Keny. She really had a special love for her god-children; Jamell, Raniah, Aliyah, Rasheed, and the twins Jaiyah and Jakobi. Karen worked the School Bus Company Durham and the Raytown School Bus Company. She was a driver and Monitor. She was a loving godmother and Aunt who loved the children just like she birthed them herself. She loved reading journals and had a beautiful laugh and smile th she would share with family and friends. She leaves to cherish her memories and celebre her life: her brothers Roger Winters (Diane), Troy D. Winters, Carl A. Winters (Teresa), Christopher Winters (Tamie), LaMont Winters, Robin King, Martin; two sisters Janet Mosby and Cynthia Mosby of St. Louis, MO; along with a host of other relives and Friends.
