Gary Gene Taylor Jr.

Gary Gene Taylor Jr. was born on March 10th 1987 in Kansas City Missouri to Gary Gene Taylor Sr. and Lrice Ann Carroll. He was the older of their two sons. He received his formal educion in the Kansas City Public Schools and Center High School system where he was a multi-sport hlete in Football and Basketball. After high school he tended Missouri Western Ste University where he played football and studied Entrepreneurship and Corpore Recreion and Wellness. Gary married Vanessa Taylor and to this union 2 children were born, Mya Lynn Taylor and Gavin Alexander Taylor. Gary then entered into a relionship with Rashouna Harris and was blessed with a son, Royal Rahmel Taylor. Throughout his career Gary worked to provide health and fitness to the Kansas City Metropolitan area owning 3 different gyms in th time span. He also owned a security business and had his hand in host of other organizions and services. He had a passion for community activism and the empowerment of his community. You could always find him trying to help others with their dreams and goals and being full of life and laughter constantly joking with those around him. Gary was a true joy to be around. His family has now been blessed with the lasting gift of his beautiful memories forever. Gary Gene Taylor Jr. departed this life on April 25, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memories with his family and friends, Lrice Carrol (Scott Carroll), Alexander Taylor (Dazja Taylor), Vanessa Taylor, Rashouna Harris, Mya Taylor, Gavin Taylor, Royal Taylor, Verple White, John White, and host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. We wish to extend our sincere thanks and deep gritude for the many expressions of kindness and love shown during these trying days. While time does not permit us to name all, we would like to thank all of our family, friends, co-workers and co-laborer’s in the faith for all you have done and continue to do to ease our pain.
