Frances V. O’Neal

Frances V. O’Neil 69 passed away June 25, 2016 her home in Raytown, Mo. with her loving husband by her side. She was born on March 3, 1947 to the union of John Martino and Nadine Whitmire. Frances V. Smith was born March 3, 1947 to Chester and Nadine Smith in Kansas City, Mo. She ler moved the Argentine, Kansas where she tended Stanley Elementary and ler gradued from Argentine High School. Shortly after graduing she met and married Norman O’Neal and from th union six children, eleven grandchildren and one gre grandchild were added to their family. Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. She drove a school bus for over twenty years in both the Kansas City and Raytown School Districts where she became a grandmother to hundreds of children.
