Obituary for Edward (Fast Eddie) Leon Williams

Edward (Fast Eddie) Leon Williams 69 passed away on May 15, 2016 surrounded by his loving, devoted wife and children.  He was born September 16, 1946 in Nowa, Oklahoma to Mary Ellen Washington and Shelton Williams. He was preceded in deh by his mother, fher, step-fher and sister. He was raised by his step-fher Frank Looney Jr.  He ler moved to Kansas City, Mo. with his family while still a young child. He was a SP4 in the Vietnam War and received a Nional Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal and was Honorable Discharged from the United Stes Army in 1971. He loved music and considered himself an avid bongo player. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Eddie was a retired pipe layer of 33 years, employed by Jean MaCarkendel; Eddie was a member of the union 663. Eddie was united to Debbie Alnut to this union a son was born, Eddie June. This union was dissolved. Eddie was united in holy mrimony to Brenda Joyce Criswell on December 22, 1988,  To this union three daughters were born Shameka (Simon) Kiseli of Independence , Mo, Keanna (Robert) Wiggins of El Paso Texas, Michelle (Steven) Echols of Kansas City, Mo.  Ten grandchildren,  seven girls, three boys; one gre-grand son; one brother, Billy Don (Priscilla) Williams of Des Moines, IA; Two sisters Marsha (Richard) Garner-Harris; Pty Anne Baker; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
