Ms. Dorcia Anita Bostic was born on December 21, 1956. She is the sixth daughter of Joseph Sr. and Madlyne Bostic. She received her educion in the K.C.MO. School District and was a life long member of the Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church where she served as an usher, until her health began to fail. She was employed by various hotels in the Kansas City, MO. areas. She was well loved by all she came in contact with. To us she was a diamond in the rough, stern and tough, a momma to all of the kids and didn’t take no stuff. She referred to Sylvia Moore, Susie Harris, Helen Lyle, and Ora L. Parker as her adopted family and she loved them dearly. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother and stepfher, Mr. Charles and Madlyne Brown, sisters Peggy A. Milbrook, Pricia A. Tolson, Alexandria Brown-Chuck, Diana Fellows, Victoria A. Bostic, Stephanie L. Bostic, Victor V. Bostic, William Law. Those who preceded her in deh is her brother, William A. Bostic, fher, Joseph Bostic, Sr. and brother Joseph Bostic, Jr., plus a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, and a very close and dear cousin, Valarie Doyle and other relives and friends.
