Obituary for Deborah Elizabeth Harris

Deborah Elizabeth Harris, was born on December 28, 1949, to Nathaniel and Alease Conely in Kansas City, Missouri. She was the eldest daughter, having two sisters, Shirley White(brother in law Herbert White) and Terry Taylor, who preceded her in death, along with her daughter Marlene Jones and granddaughter Marquita Jones. Deborah graduated from Paseo High School in Kansas City, Missouri,1968 and worked for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in Codes and Administration for several years. During her leisure time, she enjoyed doing word puzzles, doodling art, and listening to her favorite artist Natalie Cole. She also cherished spending time with her family while rooting for her favorite football teams, the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. She is survived by her husband, William Harris, and sister Jacqueline Jacobs (Walter) two sons, Rodney Law and Anthony Law (daughter-in-law Dainelle Law), and step children Deneen Tubbs, Derek Law, David Law, Donny Law, Debra Law and preceding Dena Law, 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews and her beloved furbaby Satin.
