Deacon Seth “Ardis” Leonard Cain

Deacon Seth “Ardis” Leonard Cain, passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 17, 2021 surrounded by loving family. He was born October 2, 1930 in Center Ridge, Arkansas. Both parents and his beloved wife Mildred precede him in transition. He received his formal educion in Arkansas. He and his wife Mildred reloced to Kansas City, in the mid 50’s in order to make a better life for themselves and their young family. He began working in the construction trades with the JE Dunn Company, then went on to work the General Motors Leeds Plant for over thirty years. He was a life member of Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church and served the church for over fifty years a Deacon of the church. He leaves to cherish with fond memories his children; sons Larry, Stanley and Garry; his daughter Pricia, a host of Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relives and friends.
