Charlene Wilson 60 passed away home on Monday, August 1, 2016. She was born March 20, 1956 to George Gordon and Viola J. Porter in Kansas City, Kansas. Charlene’s parents George and Viola Gordon; daughter, Brandi O. Wilson; three sisters, Georgette Gordon, Letitia U. Gordon, Josiella M. Hill; grandmother, Viola Johnson Porter; four nieces, Simona, Valecia, Theresa, Shenae; four nephews, Andre, Anthony, Quinton III, Eric; three brother-in-laws, Ira B. Rentie, Theotis Pouncil, Lawrence Curtis,; one sister-in-law, Marquette Gordon; and special friend, Noah all preceded her in deh. Charlene gradued from Paseo High School in Kansas City, MO. She earned her associe’s degree Penn Valley Community College, and her Bachelor and Master degree Nional College. She worked Bess Truman Hospital in Lee’s Summit, MO. for many years. Charlene was united in marriage to Arthur Wilson. To this union was one son, Arthur Wilson, Jr. The marriage was dissolved. She met Preston Collins and to this union a daughter, Brandi O. Wilson. She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Arthur Wilson, Jr. (Barbara); ten grandchildren, Dorian DeFrance, Sierra Renita Wilson, Arthur Wilson III, Bera White , Corey McCray, Xavier Stovall, Xander Stovall, Chantel Wilson, Samej Wilson, and Darius Wilson; five gre-grandchildren, Arion, Imayea, Dorion DeFrance, Keyon and Sinya Wilson; three brothers, George Gordon, Jr., Alford Gordon , Ray Gordon (Leta); nine sisters, Nancy Goff (Clifford), Linda Pouncil (Bernard), Juanita Gordon, Hty Rentie, Melody Harris, Doreha Rivers (Jessie), Jewell Curtis, Trimette Gordon – all of Kansas City, MO., and Regina Torrence (Cecil) of Pompano Beach, Florida; one uncle, Alvin Porter, (Helen); one aunt, Aileen Jeffries of Oklahoma; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
