Callie Hamilton Owens

Callie Hamilton Owens 75 was born March 6, 1941 to RE. Esau and Luella Hamilton, both parents and her only brother E. W. Hamilton, and her sister Gracie Lee Hamilton, all preceded her in deh Callie spent most of her life in Louisiana, She gradued from Central High School in Nchitoches, Louisiana and tended Grambling College. She moved to Kansas City in 1961 and married Frank Owens, Sr., to this union two sons were born, Frank L. Owens, Jr. and Travis H. Owens.  the marriage was ler dissolved. She stayed focused in on the Lord. She accepted Christ a very young age in Chestnut Louisiana. She was a member of Calvary Chapel Church in Kansas City, Missouri for three years. She was employed &T , th was known as Western Electric for 20 years. She became a certified Nursing Assistant. Her heart was was full of love, she enjoyed helping people.  On Tuesday March 22, 2016, an Angel of Silence sealed the lis of Sister Callie Hamilton-Owens, a loving  Mother, Aunt,Grandmother, and Sister. Callie leave to mourn her passing: sons Frank Lee Owens ( and future daughter in law Alisha), Travis Hamilton Owens; sister Leomia Hamilton Arthur of California; step-daughters Renee Owens, Diane Epps, Margaret Pankins, Linda Willis, Marilyn Owens-Dominaque, Ollie Outley; grandchildren Jermaine L. Owens. Lakenda Tolbert (Michael), Jamesetta Young (Jerry), Yasha Lollis, Cynthia Campbell (Braine); along with a host of other relives and friends.
