WILMARIE CAIN

Our beloved Wilmarie Cain went home to be with the lord on Friday, October 9, 2015, Swope Ridge Geriric Center. She was born August 3, 1931 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Sylvester and Louanna Brown. She was preceded in deh by both parents and one daughter, Linda Cain-Morris. Mrs. Cain grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and gradued from Douglas High School. She gradued from Coffeyville Jr. College and tended Pittsburg Ste University. She married Raymond Oliver Cain on July 26, 1951 in Independence, Kansas. To th union eight children were born. Mrs. Cain retired from the Kansas City Missouri school district. She was a member of Central Christian Church over 20 years. She loved singing in the choir and was an active church member until she became ill. Mrs. Cain loved her family dearly and adored her children, grandchildren and gre-grandchildren. She loved cooking, completing crossword puzzles and spending time with her family. Mrs. Cain leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 65 years, Raymond, Three sons, Dwight Cain (Wanda), Raymond E. Cain (Teresa), Mark Cain (Valerie), four daughters; Cynthia Cain-Motley, Rita Cain Long-Bradley, Carla Cain-Bush (Kevin), Karen Cain-Wilkinson (Randolph), nine grandchildren, Renale Lawson, Michael Long, Clinton Cain, Mia Morris, Kevin Bush, Jr., Raymond A. Cain, Randolph Wilkinson lll, Karah Bush and William Wilkinson, six gre-grandchildren, Caresa Cain, Chandler Long, Noah Long, Masai Long, Logan Wilkinson and Laila Cain; one sister, Bety Hoggt; one brother, Sylvester Brown, Jr., and a host of nieces and nephews.
