Darryl Edward Dennis Sr.

Darryl Edward Dennis Sr. 55 was born December 28, 1961 in Kansas City, MO and departed this life on Monday, April 24, 2017 St. Luke’s Hospice House. Darryl, affectionely known as “Littleman”, he was the fourth out of five children. His mother Julia Ann Dennis, fher Talamadge Woodson, grandmother Ossie Lee Avery, cousin Ronnie Woodson, nephew Antwon Dameron and gre nephew Mark Taylor preceded him in deh. Darryl was educed in the public schools of Kansas City, Missouri school district. He gradued from Lincoln Preparory Academy in 1980. Littleman accepted Christ an early age. He faithfully enjoyed listening to Martin Luther King Jr. sermons. Littleman enjoyed fishing, sking, helping people, playing basketball and socializing with friends and family th he grew up with on 27th street and talking clever. His stern and comedic personality will be truly missed. Darryl has four children, Kiva Dennis Allen with Tonya Miller and Darryl Jr., David and Ashley Winfield with Sharon Winfield. Darryl worked Metro Auto Auction, detailing cars until he became disabled. Darryl leaves to cherish his memory with his children; Darryl Dennis Jr. (Tameisha) of Oklahoma, Kiva Dennis Allen (Randy) of Kansas City, David Winfield of Oklahoma and Ashley Winfield of South Carolina. One sister, Linda Sue Scales (Keith), Four brothers Everett “Brother” Dennis (Diane), Eric “Babylee” Dennis (Wanda), Michael McGautha all of Kansas City, Missouri and Aaron Dennis Sr. (Lanya) of Port Richey, Florida, ten grandchildren, Special Mothers Ermalene Crawford and Prophet Evangelist Earlene Davis, Special Aunts Audra Jackson, Aretta Woodson, Gwen Davis and Carol King.
