Cecil E. Mitchem 76, was called home on February 5, 2019 born June 16th, 1942 to the union of John Harvey and Lacy Belle Mitchem in Htiesville, AR. Cecil tended elementary school in the Center junior High School. Cecil was preceded in deh by his parents John Harvey and Lacy Mitchem 1 sister Corena Wash, 1 brother Lhern Mitchem 1 nephew Jermaine Coleman, 1 brother-in-law Arthur J. Walker a Wife Ada Mitchem both his mernal and both his Pernal grandparents. Cecil was the third child of 16 children born to his mother and fher. Cecil leaves to cherish his glorious memories:his loving wife Ora Mitchem of the home: Children 2 daughters Gwendoline(James) of Kansas City, Kansas, and Cecelia Mitchem of Kansas City, Missouri; Two sons Richard Andrew Mitchem and Ulysses Smith of the City; Step daughters Lisa Lyons and Dr. Cherida Walker; Step granddaughter Aerial Lynette Lyons; Stepsons Reginald(Melonie) Lyon and U. S. torney Edward O. Walker(Danyelle), Alfred A. Walker, Bernice (D:uan)Belcher and Keys Six brothers James(Wardean), Hervey(Shirley), Hal(Minnie), Glen, Floyd(Jean), Carlton (Tracy) all of Kansas City, MO; Seven sisters Nina Walker, Linda Bell(Larry), Jean Webb(Fred), Brenda Walker(Eric), Berice Mitchem all of Kansas City, Missouri, Loretta Mccray, Andrea (Marcus) Easterwood of Conway A.R.; ; Four grandsons, Monroe Mitchem, Terry Mitchem, Daren (Keisha) and Leo Keys; One gre granddaughter Nevaeh Keys; Step gre granddaughter Victoria A Walker; Step grandsons Wyt A Walker, Austin A.
