Mrs. Tonnie V. Williams-Carter

Tonnie V. Williams-Carter, was born to the union of the former Emogene V. Davis and Justus C. Evans. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 2, 1950. Tonnie’s primary educion was in the Kansas City School district starting William Allen White elementary through Central High School graduing with the class of 1968. she then furthered her educion Penn Valley Community College , were she majored in English. Tonnie, met then ler married Ronald L. Williams in 1966 to their union three children were born, Blair, Brian and Lynn. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends. She modeled with the Josette Modeling School, she walked the runway’s with sass and class. Tonnie was a woman of elegance, she enjoyed sking, dancing and music of all kinds. She was family oriented and full of life. Tonnie worked for Sears and Roebuck for eight years, she also worked for the KCA. She was one of the few female transportion drivers. She went on to receive the Distinguished Driver of the year awards throughout her twenty six and a half years as a professional driver. Ler in life she married a fellow driver Anthony L. Carter in 1993 until his passing in January of this year. Tonnie enjoyed being around her grandchildren, gre grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family and many friends. She Leaves to cherish with loving memories her children sons Blair Williams and Brian Williams; her daughter Lynn Judge (Richard); one brother Jerome Evans of Kansas City and sister Camille Dobson of Kansas City, MO.; a host of grandchildren, gre grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many relives.
