Mr. Pereto Benrus Lewis AKA“Rico”

Pereto Benrus Lewis AKA“Rico”, was born on June 14, 1960 to Claudell Lewis and Shirley Lewis. He was one of four children from this union. He was preceded in deh by his fher Claudell Lewis and his older sister Subreedia Lewis. Pereto was educed in the Kansas City Missouri School District. He gradued from Paseo High School in 1978. Pereto was raised in a Christian household and accepted Christ a very young age. He has been a member of Rock Of Ages Missionary Baptist Church for many years. Up until his passing he was active in the music ministry playing the bass guitar for the church choir. During his working career, Brother Lewis worked for a number of different employers, which includes Hendricks Automotive, Pizza Hut and Churches chicken. Pereto truly lived life to the fullest. He cherished his time with family and loved spending time with friends. When asked wh he was doing, it was common to hear him say “just kicking it.” To cherish his memories, Pereto leaves, his mother, Shirley Lewis, one brother Sintonnia Lewis (Minerva), one sister, McCleedia Lewis, one daughter Lanza Mozee, one son Pereto Lewis, granddaughters Kiara and Devon and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and other relives.
