Mr. Clifford David Elliott

Mr. Clifford David Elliott, 76, was born February 2, 1946 in Kansas City, KS to the union of Andrew G. Elliott and Johnnie Mae Elliott and peacefully departed this life on June 20, 2022. He was preceded in deh by parents, Andrew G. and Johnnie Mae Elliott, and brother, Andrew G. Elliott Jr. Cliff grew up in Kansas City, KS and tended Morning Star Baptist Church where he was baptized. He was educed in the Kansas City, MO school district, tending Central High but life had other plans for him. Life provided Cliff the opportunity to explore many endeavors, from the Motor City to Chi-Town and Cali living, before finally settling back home in KC. As the Jack of All Trades, Cliff wasn’t immune to work. Whether a general labor warehouse worker or driving a forklift, even House of Lloyd, he was going to work hard. Good with his hands, you could easily cch him painting or roofing but his true passion was carpentry, some of his best skills are left to be seen in his last home, left to sons Dante’ and Will. Cliff worked hard and played even harder. He loved to fish, play chess, and slam them bones…but back in the day he was a cold piece on them skes. Cliff was liked and loved in his neighborhood just on his charm and happy spirited personality but he even had wh the old school called a green thumb which led to a more vast amount of love in the community whereas you could count on Cliff every year for many garden veggies to feed your family. Cliff leaves to cherish his memories, sister Inette Douglas-Charles, nieces Lyshelle Ross, Christel Douglas, nephew Charles Douglas Jr., sons Clifford Elliott Jr. of Berkeley, CA, Dante L. Franklin and Willie N. Bell, both of Kansas City, MO. along with an entourage of 10 wonderful grandchildren and a host of friends and loved ones.
