William Gene Jones Jr.

William Gene Jones Jr. was born December 31, 1964 in Kansas City, MO to Billy Gene Jones Sr. and Sylvia Lee Jones. He departed from this earth on Monday, June 14, 2021 Truman Medical Center. William tended the KCMO Public Schools, but ler gradued from Excelsior Springs Job Corp. with his GED and degree in Social Work and Rehab. He had various jobs throughout his adult life. William accepted Christ an early age Mount Arar Missionary Baptist Church. William was a beloved Son, Brother, Fher, Uncle, Grandfher, and all people who touched his life. William married Pricia A. Franklin-Brown and to th union one son was born. The Marriage ler dissolved. He was then united in marriage to Regina Phillips; to this union two sons. He was preceded in deh by both parents and two step fhers, Gerald V Kidd, and Jim Jones. Two brothers Carl Call Jr. and Sylvester B. Jones. One In-law Reggie Phillips; four sisters Carolyn B. Stafford, Angela L. Harden, Christina L. Williams, and Carla R. Taylor. William leaves to Cherish his memory eight sons William G. Jones III of NY, Demetrius Jones (Selena) of NY, Sean Bryer of KCMO, De*Jon Jones of FL., Christian D. Jones(L, GA), Gino D. Jones(Bianca) of KCMO, Brandon D Jones(Brittany) of Omaha, NE, William Littlejohn of STL, MO. His special friends Adina Burnett of STL, MO. and Carla Mann of KCMO.Four Aunts Linda Foster of KCK, Florence Roland of KCMO, Lou Ann and Uncle Ne Collins of Ringgold, LA, Dora Mitchell also of Ringgold, LA. Two sisters Berice Shepherd of Florence, AZ., Willinda Jones-Caldwell of Florence, AZ., Alesia Prince, Brother Jimmy Jones of STL, MO., Six In-laws, Aaron Phillips, Frank Phillips, Arthur Phillips, Marcus Phillips, Vivian Lydia all of KCMO. Close like brothers Leonard Reliford, Sixteen grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
