
Obituary for Ms. Elaine Turner Bossell
Elaine Turner Bossell departed this earthly life on June 14,2022 her home with her loving family. Elaine Turner Bossell was born February 5, 1939 to the union of Earl Turner and Bessie Royal Kind. Both parents preceded her in deh. Elaine tended elementary school R.T. Coles and middle school Lincoln. She gradued from Central High School. All of Kansas City Missouri. In 1971 Elaine was united in marriage to Jerry R. Bossell and to th union they had one daughter Jenae Elaine Bossell (Perkins). Prior to her unity she had four sons. Two son’s which proceeded her in deh Kenneth Lee Keings Jr. and Larry Jerome Keings. Elaine also had one grandson Montez D. Lowe and a God-daughter Brandi Ruff to also proceeded her in deh. Elaine accepted Christ an early age. She tended Friendship Baptist Church of Kansas City Missouri. She was also a member of the Ashner Sheepfold. She also tended Fellowship prayer Temple of Kansas City Kansas and worked as a missionary. Elaine worked SRS in Kansas City Kansas serving 20 years and she ler retired. After she retired, she did volunteer work the Federal Building of Kansas City Missouri as a foster grandmother. Elaine purchased her first home on 39th street where it all began. She didn’t just purchase her home for her family, she purchased her home th included all of her family and friends as well. She loved everyone around her. She loved to cook, play cards, dance, listen to her music. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren. Elaine never met a stranger, she embraced everyone. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, husband Jerry R. Bossell of 51 years. Two loving sons, Craig Earl Keings Sr. (Margaret), Brian Keith Keings and her one and only daughter Jenae Elaine Bossell-Perkins (Weyland). Along with 10 grandchildren: Kenneth L. Keings III, Craig E. Keings Jr., Terrance L. Keings, Elisabeth E. Selbe (Codey), De’Ontae D. Wafer, Jazmin J. Wafer, Kayla Renee Royal, Jeyland E. Perkins, Jacob J. Perkins and Brandon Wilson as well as 11 gre-grandchildren and extended grandchildren and extended gre-grandchildren. Two very special cousins Ms. Lela Cartwright (Sue), Joann Fellows (Baby sister). Two special nieces Sheila Bivins and Becky Bossell and one special nephew Gary Bossell Jr. Along with a host of family and friends.
