Joyce Williams

Joyce M. Williams 61 passed away on March 27, 2016, was born July 7, 1954 in West Helena, Arkansas to Emma Haynes and Nicoties Fleming. Born Joyce Marie Haynes to the Union of Emma Mae Haynes and Nicoties Fleming on June 7,1954 in West Helena, Arkansas. She was preceded in deh by three siblings, Pam Fleming Emanuel Fleming and Chy Fleming. Joyce lived in the tri-ste area until 1963, then loced to the Kansas City, Kansas area. tended Kansas City, Kansas public schools, graduing from Wyandotte High School. Then tended KU where she pledged Delta Sigma Theta. She gradued in 1976. Early in life she married Carl Wayne Williams Sr, who preceded her in deh. To th union two children were born, one daughter Janna Williams-Clay(Reggie), and one son Carl Wayne Williams Jr. She was blessed with beautiful grandchildren, Sadye Clay, Shya Clay, Reginald Clay III. She also leaves to cherish her memory her siblings; Ronald Buggs of Kansas City, Kansas, Lillian Burley of Bayboro, North Carolina, Norman Fleming of Syracuse, New York, Nicoties Fleming Jr. Of Tacoma Park, Maryland, Renee and Barbara Jean Fleming of Nebraska; also her longtime best friend of over 52 years and former Delta Sigma Theta sister, Idalene Williams of Nebraska. Along with a host of other relives and friends.
